Chemistry Tutor for College Student ( Bilingual English& Chinese)

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Tutor to provide personalized educational support to students in various subjects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in academic disciplines such as Differential Equations, Chemical Engineering, Statistics, Data Structures, and Mechanical Engineering. This role requires a passion for educating and nurturing young minds, as well as experience working with children. The Tutor will develop lesson plans tailored to individual student needs and help foster a positive learning environment.

Responsibilities
?rovide one-on-one or small group tutoring sessions in subjects including but not limited to Differential Equations, Chemical Engineering, Statistics, Data Structures, and Mechanical Engineering.
?evelop customized lesson plans that align with the curriculum and address the specific learning needs of each student.
?ssess student progress and adapt teaching methods accordingly to ensure comprehension and retention of material.
?oster a supportive and engaging learning atmosphere that encourages student participation and confidence.
?ommunicate effectively with students and parents regarding academic progress and areas for improvement.
?tilize various teaching tools and resources to enhance the learning experience.
?aintain accurate records of tutoring sessions, student progress, and feedback.

Qualifications
?trong knowledge in subjects such as Differential Equations, Chemical Engineering, Statistics, Data Structures, and Mechanical Engineering.
?revious experience working with children in an educational or childcare setting is preferred.
?roven ability to educate students at different levels of understanding.
?xcellent lesson planning skills with the ability to tailor instruction to meet individual student needs.
?trong communication skills, both verbal and written.
?atience, empathy, and a genuine passion for teaching are essential qualities for this role.
?igher education teaching experience is a plus but not required.

Pay: $20.91 - $22.77 per hour
