WHAT YOU?LL DO:
Job Responsibilities ?
? Technical Call Center, running a rebuild for the network.
? Open and close tickets - make sure ticket info is correct, open it and start the process and close them out at the end of the day.
? Use internal ticketing system.
? Ensure all devices that were online at the beginning are online at the end, if not they need to troubleshoot.
? Ability to look at 4-5 tools and check what on and offline.
? Excel is needed for tracking and updating.
? Heavy email communication and chat.
Note: Location: Remote but may require onsite work in Atlanta - must be local and vaccinated
