Call Center Representative - ( Remote / WFH )

Responsibilities
? Manage large volumes of incoming calls in a timely manner
? Provide accurate information regarding products and services
? Resolve customer complaints with empathy and professionalism
? Document all customer interactions in the system
? Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication
? Collaborate with team members and other departments to enhance the customer experience
? Adhere to company policies and procedures during all interactions
Experience and Skills:
Requirements
? High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor?s degree is a plus
? Proven experience in a customer service or call center role
? Excellent verbal and written communication skills
? Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset
? Ability to work under pressure and meet performance metrics
? Familiarity with CRM systems and call center technologies
? Flexibility to work in shifts, including evenings and weekends
Wages : $25.90 - $29.20 Hourly
