What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
• Serve as a liaison between the business unit and other departments to facilitate the transition of new products and services
• Monitor and analyze business operations to ensure effective application of technology and support resources
• Identify and recommend process improvement opportunities
• Collaborate with the Strategic Research and Reporting (SRR) team to ensure consistency and efficiency in project deliverables
• Gather business requirements and maintain all related documentation

What is Required (Qualifications):
• Bachelor's Degree in a related business or operations area or 2+ years of experience in operations analysis
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, organizational, and decision-making skills
• Experience in gathering business requirements along with strong documentation abilities
• Proficiency in building operational/financial models and advanced Excel skills
• Technical writing experience and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
• Master's Degree in Business, Finance, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in operations analysis
• Subject matter expert within the business unit
• Knowledge of predictive modeling and forecasting
• Familiarity with Teradata and MicroStrategy tools
