Bookkeeping Software Customer Support

Working Solutions provides business consulting services and is seeking independent contractors experienced in bookkeeping/accounting practices and using accounting software to assist customers with questions related to accounting software processes, ledger entry, navigation, and troubleshooting needs. This is a remote, independent contractor role that provides customer support via... phone.
Responsibilities
? Assist customers with questions related to accounting software processes, ledger entry, navigation, and other troubleshooting needs.
? Provide exceptional customer service over the phone in a virtual or 'brick and mortar' call center environment.
? Take ownership of customer issues in order to provide confident resolution.
? Maintain a quiet, uninterrupted workspace and an organized desk area.
? Meet technology requirements including a personal computer, broadband internet connection, Windows 10 or Windows 11 operating system, valid antivirus software, and a wired USB headset with microphone.
Skills
? Proficiency in QuickBooks Online or comparable accounting software.
? Bookkeeping/accounting expertise to include AR, AP, journal entries, reconciliation, etc.
? Customer service experience and demonstrated ability to deliver high-quality customer service over the phone in a virtual or 'brick and mortar' call center environment.
? Strong ownership of customer issues in order to take control of the situation and provide confident resolution.
? Tech savvy and avid computer user.
? Communicate with a friendly tone and professional demeanor.
? Quiet, uninterrupted space
? Organized desk area
? Personal computer (no tablet)
? Broadband internet connection, at least 10 Mbps download speed
? Wired internet connection (no wi-fi or mobile internet)
? Windows 10 or Windows 11 operating system
? Valid antivirus software installed, running and up to date
? Wired USB headset with microphone
? Mac acceptance is limited to Intel-based machines with Windows 11 installed via Apple?s Boot Camp utility.
? No VPN; computers may not connect to internet services through a private VPN during Working Solutions working time. Examples: NordVPN, McAfee VPN, etc.
