Mission

The mission of the Behavior Analyst is to supervise competent therapists that uphold regulatory standards applicable to behavior analysis in an ethical manner and to meets the needs of their client(s) in the community.

Your Role
?pdates objectives that have been mastered for both reduction and acquisition as needed
?bserves the therapist implementing reduction and acquisition program(s) once per week
?rovides praise or corrective feedback (e.g., including modeling if necessary) if the programs
?re being implemented incorrectly once per week
?iscusses the client? progress with caregiver and discuss issues occurring in the home with
?he caregiver that are related to the program objectives once per week
?rovides caregiver training throughout the month.
?ompletes therapist evaluation weekly
?nforms immediate supervisor of issues as they arise
?ubits time sheets on time
?ubmits reports (e.g., reauthorization and monthly reports) on time
?ompletes daily progress notes
?ompletes authorized therapy hours per client

Your Skills
?icensed as Board Certified as a Behavior Analyst.
?aster's degree in psychology, education or applied behavior analysis.
?ust possess strong verbal and written communication skills.
?cceptance of philosophy and code of conduct of the Agency.
?ust possess a high level of integrity.
?UST BE LICENSED
?ilingual in English/Spanish is a plus.
