Bilingual ~Fully Remote ~Vacation Rental Host ~ Part Time ~12 to 16hr/week ~ Weekend Night Shift

Top Vacation Rental Company in Puerto Rico managing over 45 properties on the island is seeking a diligent and fully bilingual (Spanish/English) individual for the position of Remote Host

PART TIME: 12-16 hours per week

AVAILABILITY: Must be available for work during the following days and hours, which schedule will be assigned by the company:
?ridays: 5:30PM-10:30PM
?aturdays: 12PM-10:30PM
?undays: 12PM-10:30PM

PAY: $13-$14 an hour

Work is fully remote. Excellent internet is required.

Candidate would be responsible for performing the following tasks:
?nswer emails and calls from prospect guests, provide information about our properties, availability, rates and handle new reservations
?rovide assistance to guests currently staying in our properties
?andle and resolve guest issues or complaints
?oordinate service with plumbers, electricians, AC repairmen and handyman
?repare excel file with cost details of service rendered
?repare daily report of events

Qualifications
?igh school diploma
?e knowledgeable of Excel and Word
?ully Bilingual with excellent communications skills verbal, written and auditory (Spanish/English)
?e able to handle difficult situations
?ood and positive hospitality, welcoming and friendly attitude
?elf-starting individual
