What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
? Process benefit verification or authorization for all new referrals with speed and accuracy
? Assist the AVA Supervisor and Manager with special assignments as needed
? Maintain productivity expectations while managing multiple referrals/priorities
? Ensure a high degree of detail orientation and quality focus in all tasks
? Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

What Is Required (Qualifications)
? High school diploma or equivalent is required
? Minimum of two years of related experience
? Ability to multi-task and support numerous referrals/priorities simultaneously
? High degree of self-discipline in maintaining productivity expectations
? Must be detail-oriented with a strong focus on quality

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
? Experience in healthcare or medical billing preferred
