What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
• Maintain the overall management and maintenance of the residence, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for residents
• Engage in relationship building, nonviolent crisis intervention, and conflict de-escalation as needed
• Accurately document observations and incidents during shifts
• Conduct safety, security, and wellness checks throughout the program
• Assist with daily office and administrative functions, including filing and phone coverage

What is Required (Qualifications):
• High School diploma or equivalent
• Ability to work effectively with individuals from diverse backgrounds
• Strong organizational, writing, and communication skills
• Must be CPR certified (may be obtained upon hire)
• Completed TB screening (may be obtained upon hire)

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
• Experience working with families and youth experiencing housing instability and trauma
• Previous experience in nonviolent crisis intervention and milieu management
• Working knowledge of health-related social issues faced by individuals who use drugs
• Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel
• Valid Massachusetts driver's license with safe driving points
