Recruiting from Scratch is looking to it's recruiting team, and bring on more contract to hire recruiters. This is a remote role that is based in the United States, with a preference to be located in a hub near our clients: San Francisco, New York City, Los Angeles, or a large metro area. In this role, you will work on finding clients, recruiting candidates, and getting hires. You will be working in a fast-paced staffing environment, and working to fill roles very quickly.

Responsibilities: ? You will own entire pipelines end to end from sourcing, screening, to closing candidates. ? Creatively source for new clients to partner with which includes: cold calling, Linkedin Recruiter, Job boards, referrals, events ? Bring energy everyday to find candidates, and get them in front of our clients ? Help with keeping Recruiterflow candidate records up to date and ensure that you are following our best practices. Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records and applicant tracking system (ATS) data. ? Create and optimize our job postings ? Submit candidates, providing information needed to facilitate hiring decisions. ? Guide candidates thorough the recruiting process, coordinating interview and follow up activities. ? Facilitate the offer process, including salary negotiations, and other terms of employment.

Requirements: ? Associates or Bachelor?s degree in any field ? You have at least 6 months working in a high volume agency ? You are located in the United States ? Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively engage with candidates and team members. ? Ability to work in an interrupt driven, fast pace, and competitive environment ? Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills. ? Ability to work independently and collaboratively at times with little direction. ? Familiar with applicant tracking systems, Linkedin Recruiter, and other recruiting tools.

Location: Remote in United States

Salary Range: $20 - $25 an hour on 3 month contract, then converting to full-time with salary + benefits
