Job Description

? Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents

? Work closely with the customer service team to meet individual and team goals

Requirements

? High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred

? Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative

? Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
