Responsibilities:
• Engage with customers through online chat to provide product information, answer questions, and resolve issues
• Assist customers with placing orders, processing returns, and tracking shipments
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience
• Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times
• Meet or exceed performance metrics related to customer satisfaction, response time, and resolution rate
• Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies
• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department for resolution

Requirements:
• 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field
• Hardworking and confident personality traits
• Strong presentation and decision-making skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in using online chat platforms and customer service software
• High school diploma or equivalent required
