? Team Leadership & Development: Hire, onboard, and train ADRs.
? Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement sales strategies.
? Customer Engagement & Success: Ensure ADRs build strong customer relationships.
? Process & Reporting: Optimize sales processes and ensure CRM and sales tools are used effectively.
? Market & Product Expertise: Stay informed about industry trends and act as a feedback conduit.

Requirements: ? Proven track record in sales leadership, preferably in B2B SaaS. ? Experience managing teams focused on upsell, cross-sell, or account management. ? Strong coaching, mentoring, and team development skills. ? Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze performance metrics. ? Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills. ? Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools. ? Knowledge of the vacation rental industry is a plus. ? Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
