What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
? Respond to 25 or more account inquiries per hour regarding fraud alerts
? Assist in completing lost or stolen reports and blocking compromised accounts
? Build credit card replacement orders and prepare shipping materials
? Investigate potential credit card fraud cases based on system alerts
? Maintain accurate documentation of investigations and customer interactions

What Is Required (Qualifications)
? High School Diploma or Equivalent
? Typically no relevant experience required

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
? Previous work experience in a fraud-related field
