Mobile Facilities Maintenance Technician B

Reyes Fleet Management is seeking a Mobile Facilities Maintenance Technician B to help with repairs and racking maintenance throughout the region based out of the Manor, TX facility. This position requires the ability to travel 60-80% across multiple sites throughout our region.

Shift: Full-Time l Monday-Friday-Day Shift-Needs to be flexible/Occasional weekends

Pay: $25-26.00/HR

Position Responsibilities:? ? The Facilities Maintenance Technician is responsible for performing routine building maintenance tasks and repairs, skills including mechanical and electrical troubleshooting, and building and installing lighting and plumbing ? As the Facilities Maintenance Technician, you will maintain interior and exterior of property by painting, remodeling and repairing amenities ? You will monitor and maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, repairs, and modifications as well as keep areas clean and organized ? You will use a variety of hand and power tools to complete maintenance and repair tasks while also operating forklifts and heavy equipment ? You will communicate daily with the Maintenance Manager and team about repairs and faulty operations ? Other duties as assigned
