Skills
? Proven experience as a Typist, Data Entry Clerk, or Data Entry Operator
? Fast typing skills; proficiency in touch typing is a plus
? Familiarity with data recorders and optical scanners
? Strong knowledge of word processing tools and spreadsheets
? Proficiency with office equipment
? Excellent command of the English language
? Attention to detail with the ability to spot grammar, spelling, and punctuation errors

Responsibilities
? Convert data from paper formats into digital files or database systems
? Transcribe documents from dictated recordings
? Take detailed notes during meetings and create clear, organized texts
? Edit completed work for grammar, spelling, and punctuation errors
? Gather and organize typing materials effectively
? Create spreadsheets and presentations by combining data from existing files
? Maintain both physical and digital filing systems
? Scan and print files as needed
? Uphold confidentiality in accordance with security policies

Qualifications
? High school diploma; additional computer training or certification is a plus
