What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
• Process and manage online accounts and consumer loans
• Respond to routine and complex customer inquiries regarding consumer products and services
• Provide customers with solutions that meet their financial needs
• Deliver exceptional service and achieve first call resolution while adhering to compliance guidelines
• Assist customers with navigating and troubleshooting various online products

What is Required (Qualifications):
• Must be available to work in the Mandan location
• One or more years of customer service experience
• Experience in a call center or customer service setting
• General understanding of standard bank transactions as well as common products and services
• Ability to work flexible hours including a Saturday rotation

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is desired but not required
