What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
• Develop test plans and sprint planning documents
• Design and maintain automated test scripts
• Identify test cases for automation and manage test data
• Conduct regression testing and handle changes in the system
• Integrate automated scripts with lifecycle management tools

What is Required (Qualifications):
• Minimum of 5 years of experience using Selenium, Prover, or other automation testing tools
• Minimum of 5 years of manual testing experience
• Proficiency in Java for test automation
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Experience with regression testing and defect management

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
• Familiarity with integrating automated testing into the software development lifecycle
• Experience creating and managing test data for automated testing
• Ability to design and implement test automation strategies
