What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
• Drive new subscriber growth through planning, execution, and optimization of user acquisition and performance marketing campaigns
• Work consistent weekends with a Thursday to Monday schedule from 8 am to 5 pm
• Manage cross-channel paid media campaigns including display, video, and search
• Utilize DoubleClick for campaign management and optimization
• Create and manage audiences using programmatic buying techniques

What is Required (Qualifications):
• Minimum of 2+ years of experience in cross-channel paid media and ad operations
• Hands-on experience with DoubleClick (i.e., DCM, DV360, SA 360)
• Comprehensive knowledge of programmatic buying, audience creation, and campaign management
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, especially Excel
• Bachelor?s degree or equivalent
