Working Hours

Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (flexible hours available)

Responsibilities
? Accurately enter medical data into our electronic health record (EHR) system.
? Verify and update patient information.
? Maintain patient confidentiality and comply with HIPAA regulations.
? Review and correct discrepancies in medical records.
? Support clinical staff with data retrieval and reporting.
? Assist in the generation of monthly and quarterly reports.
? Collaborate with the IT department to resolve data entry issues.
? Perform other administrative tasks as needed.

Job Requirements
