What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
? Handle inbound calls to assist with credit-related memberships, services, and product offerings
? Educate consumers on credit bureau processes and guide them on requesting corrections
? Identify customer support needs and either assist or forward requests to the appropriate department
? Manage escalated customer issues effectively
? Provide top-notch customer service and technical support assistance

What Is Required (Qualifications)
? High School Diploma or GED
? At least one year of customer service experience
? Experience interpreting and responding to customer requests
? Comfortable using a computer for operations
? Must pass a criminal background check, employment verification, education verification, credit check, and drug screen

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
? Experience in the financial services industry or credit-related customer service roles
? Familiarity with credit bureau processes
? Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle escalated issues
? Excellent verbal and written communication skills
? Ability to work independently in a remote environment
