What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
• Lead a team of analytics and consumer insights experts to deliver actionable insights for Roundel?s advertisers
• Develop and execute a testing and primary research agenda to enhance client relationships and drive revenue
• Collaborate with Marketing, Sales Enablement, and Go-To-Market teams to extract valuable insights for product and seasonal strategies
• Identify growth opportunities for the team, focusing on high-value projects and innovation in analytics
• Ensure effective communication and recognition of the team's contributions within Roundel

What is Required (Qualifications):
• Minimum 8 years of experience in digital media and/or consumer insights
• At least 2 years of experience in people leadership, with skills in coaching and team management
• Significant experience using various quantitative and qualitative insight tools, including Nielsen/Circana and A/B testing
• Ability to build strong partnerships with cross-functional teams focused on value creation
• Strong communication skills, capable of engaging with both internal stakeholders and advertisers

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
• Experience with data analysis using SQL or Python and data visualization tools
• Passion for innovation and a track record of challenging the status quo in analytics
