Remote bilingual rep
You will serve as a liaison between patients and the clinic to ensure outreach and coordination are completed in a timely manner.
In addition, the Bilingual Clinic Outreach Representative will perform a variety of administrative, record-keeping and miscellaneous duties.
Responsibilities ? Call eligible patients to complete health risks assessments ? Follow up with patients after ER visit to schedule a follow up appointments with their primary care provider.
Contact patients and schedule appointments for preventative screenings ? Act in a courteous manner and maintain a professional composure at all times ? Perform clerical duties, such as, maintaining multiple databases, verifying patient information and updating information as necessary ? Document all interactions in the scheduling and care management system Qualifications and Requirements ? Previous administrative, call center, or customer service experience ? Minimum of 1 year experience working in healthcare required ? Must be... fluent in English and Spanish OR English and Polish ? Must live in Illinois for consideration ? Excellent communication skills as well as good judgment and decision-making ability ? Computer savvy.
Must be able to toggle between multiple systems simultaneously ? Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment ? Must complete a toxicology screen and background check Salary and Benefits The salary for the position is $21 / hr.
