What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
? Executive Assistant Support including client interfacing, email and calendar management, and travel arrangements
? Operations Support involving creating and maintaining standard operating procedures and CRM tasks
? Research tasks and digital marketing support
? Assisting with the development of communications and content
? Implementing digital marketing plans and scheduling newsletters or social media posts

What Is Required (Qualifications)
? Bachelor's degree preferred
? 2+ years of experience providing complex calendar management, travel, and expense reports
? Available during business hours Monday - Friday
? Proficiency with common online programs/software
? Strong written and verbal communication skills

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
? Experience working remotely
? Previous experience managing multiple clients, accounts, and projects
? Familiarity with Asana, MailChimp, Hootsuite, G Suite, and other online programs
? Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
? Ability to work independently and efficiently
