What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
• Serve as the first point of contact for employee inquiries related to Leave and Disability
• Resolve inquiries through phone, chat, and email, ensuring a high level of customer service
• Utilize documentation and resources to address employee questions and expedite processes
• Adjust case management plans based on individual employee needs and situations
• Collaborate with partner teams to update and improve policies and procedures

What is Required (Qualifications):
• Strong customer service and support experience
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to conduct research to find answers and information
• High judgment and critical thinking skills for analyzing leave and accommodation requests
• Must have a dedicated workspace at home to perform job responsibilities effectively

• Previous experience in HR or related fields
