Key Responsibilities
? Manage and organize executive calendars and appointments.

Qualifications

? Availability during business hours (Monday to Friday), committing at least 20 hours per week.
? Previous experience in an administrative support role.
? In-home office setup, including a computer (Mac or PC with a webcam), a minimum 1.0GHz dual-core processor, 8GB RAM, and the latest version of MS Office.
? Reliable, high-speed internet connection.
? Smartphone with email capabilities.
? A designated quiet workspace suitable for professional tasks.
Additional Information
? This position is classified as a 1099 contractor role.
? The pay range is (18 - )21 per hour, based on experience and skills, with payment issued monthly based on contracted hours.
? Background checks may be required prior to contract issuance.
