Responsibilities:

? Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner via live chat

? Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a fair and satisfactory manner

? Provide product information, features, and benefits to customers

? Process orders, returns, and exchanges as needed

? Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues

? Document customer interactions using our CRM software

? Meet and exceed customer service metrics and goals

Requirements:

? High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

? 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a live chat environment

? Excellent communication, listening, and problem-solving skills

? Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities

? Strong customer service skills and a customer-centric attitude

? Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office

? Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends (if required)
