Requirements:
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Strong research skills to find information quickly and accurately
• Creativity to think outside the box and find innovative solutions
• No prior experience required, but a passion for technology and customer service is a plus
