Role Overview

We are seeking passionate Software Engineers who will deliver an exceptional learning experience as an Instructor or Mentor for students seeking to build a career in tech.

Our Instructors will inspire, teach, and equip a group of students with the skills and knowledge necessary for starting a career as software developers. Our Mentors provide 1:1 coaching and... tutoring to guide students' professional and personal growth.

Masterschool will provide the learning materials and guidance, and you will take full ownership of teaching mentoring complete units of our curriculum, ensuring that students are equipped with the knowledge and skills for their next role.

Key Responsibilities
? Deliver high-quality, engaging live classes in Software Engineering.
? Provide 1:1 guidance for students, help them understand the course material, and provide feedback on their work.
? Work collaboratively with our academic team to deliver an exceptional training program.

Qualifications

Must-haves:
? 2+ years of industry experience as a Software Engineer.
? Prior teaching experience in a tech field.
? Outstanding communication and people skills.
? A desire to teach, help students problem-solve, and help others reach their professional goals.

Nice-to-haves:
? 1+ year managerial experience.
? Prior experience designing and creating learning materials and live lessons.
