What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
• Answer inbound calls and make outbound calls to assist patients and healthcare professionals
• Provide excellent customer service with a focus on empathy and understanding
• Utilize computer skills for data entry and managing patient information
• Gather and review patient medical information while adhering to Federal Health Care Program guidelines
• Collaborate with carriers to ensure medication coverage for patients

What is Required (Qualifications):
• At least 1 year of recent call center experience
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Must reside in or near Irving, Texas, to pick up equipment
• Ability to multi-task and use dual monitors effectively
• Strong work attitude with a willingness to help others

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
• Previous experience in a healthcare-related role is a plus but not required
