Duties
? Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
? Provide accurate information regarding products and services to enhance customer satisfaction.
? Perform data entry tasks to maintain accurate customer records and interactions.
? Conduct outbound calls to follow up on customer inquiries or feedback.
? Maintain knowledge of company policies, procedures, and product offerings to provide informed support.
Requirements
? Proven experience in customer service or call center environments is preferred.
? Strong phone etiquette with excellent verbal communication skills in English; multilingual or bilingual abilities are a plus.
? Proficient in data entry and office software applications.
? A positive attitude and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
? Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
