Bachelor's degree in a related field. 2. 8 years of experience in customer service or web chat management. 3. Strong leadership and communication skills. 4. Resourceful and driven personality traits. 5. Proficiency in research and negotiation soft skills. 6. Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. 7.
