? Foster strong customer relations with Buyer, Assistant Buyer, and ICS.

? Deliver Net Sales growth and share objectives.

? Effectively negotiate trade deals to drive profitable business and positive ROI.

? Manage Trade Budget, Rate and Drive Net Sales Realization.

? Responsible for managing accurate sales and shipment forecast.

? Develop and leverage a thorough knowledge of the customer, industry, and competitive landscape.

? Own customer meetings and create the tactical plans to deliver Costco and Abbott's key objectives.

? Develop and deliver team strategies, objectives, goals, and key performance metrics.

? Actively lead, engage, and work with internal Abbott Nutrition functions, peers & colleagues to drive business results.

Requirements
? Bachelor's Degree

? 2-3 years direct sales experience, preferably in the consumer packaged goods industry to Costco
,
? Strong record of exceeding sales growth and share objective
,
? Effective interpersonal communication skills (verbal and written)

? Ability to analyze data/market trends to effectively develop presentations, provide recommendations, and forecast performance

? Proficient in the use of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Circana.
