Key Responsibilities
? Coordinate and manage comprehensive medical care for injured employees.
? Collaborate with multidisciplinary treatment teams to ensure exceptional patient recovery.
? Attend medical appointments and hospital visits to advocate for patients' needs.
? Work in partnership with insurance adjusters, attorneys, and healthcare providers.
? Arrange necessary medical equipment, home adaptations, and vital services.
? Maintain meticulous documentation utilizing Microsoft Word and Excel.

Required Skills
? Active Colorado Registered Nurse (RN) license.
? Bilingual in Spanish (required).
? Valid Colorado driver's license and auto insurance.
? Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
? A minimum of 1 year of nursing experience (preferred).
? A minimum of 1 year of case management experience (preferred).
? Willingness to travel locally, approximately 50% of the time.

Qualifications
? Bachelor?s degree in Nursing or a related field is preferred.
