Remote Call Center Sales & Service Representative - Work From Home!

Join our team as a Remote Call Center Sales & Service Representative and deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales from the comfort of your home! What You'll Do:
? Answer inbound calls and provide top-notch customer support.
? Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products/services.
? Resolve customer issues efficiently and professionally.
? Meet and exceed sales goals while maintaining high customer satisfaction.

What You'll Need:
? Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
? Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
? Basic computer proficiency.
? Wired headset and webcam.
? 16 years of age or older.

? Call center or sales experience.
? Prior work-from-home experience.
? Overnight or early AM availability

Pay and Benefits:
? Starting wage: $13.70 per hour + sales commission
? Shift differential for overnight hours
? Medical/dental/vision available to full time employees
? Sick pay for all employees
