What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
• Conduct research and root cause analysis to identify operational deficiencies and recommend solutions
• Develop forecasting tools and translate business requirements for IT development
• Lead or participate in project workgroups and conduct User Acceptance Testing
• Prepare materials for internal and external audits and review findings/reports
• Coach/mentor less experienced staff and assist with work assignments

What is Required (Qualifications):
• Bachelor's Degree preferred
• Minimum of seven (7) years' experience in an operational or analytical role
• Experience with StepWise rating tool required
• Knowledge of Healthcare industry and Project Management methodologies
• May require working knowledge of Horizon Blue Cross Blue Shield products and services

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
• Experience with insurance rating systems
• Knowledge of facility billing procedural (CPT/HCPCS) and diagnostic (ICD10) codes
