Description: ? Create high-quality, actionable research content in data and analytics, AI, and data science ? Serve as an authority on insurance AI and advanced analytics ? Stay abreast of research and trends in artificial intelligence and data analytics ? Provide actionable advice via virtual and face-to-face interactions ? Support business growth by partnering with Gartner's commercial organization Requirements: ? Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; Graduate degree preferred ? 8-10 years? experience in insurance industry AI topics or data & analytics related topics ? Relative insurance experience with increasing scope and responsibility in property and casualty, life and annuities, wealth management and investment services ? Experience with advanced analytics capabilities in various functions like actuarial science, underwriting, claims/billing ? Ability to work in a small team setting ? Strong written and verbal proficiency, analytical and presentation skills ? Exposure to advanced analytics tools and approaches; experience with AI/ML in forecasting is a bonus ?
