Afterhours Customer Care Rep / Account Manager (Excel Skills Required)

This timing of the position includes weekends and nights Central Standard Time - CST.

Stones River is seeking a Customer Care Representative to join our team! You will be responsible for assisting internal and external customers by providing service and billing information to both.

Responsibilities: ? Incoming and Outgoing Phone calls ? Processing of customer service requests ? Updating customer portals ? Working with Stones River Service Coordinators and notifying customers of service dates ? Uploading documentation to customer portals as well as accounting/work order system ? Data entry

?Qualifications: ? Must be detail oriented ? Must have a working knowledge of Excel and Microsoft Office ? Must have at least 3 years of service customer care experience
