Responsibilities
? Respond to client requests/inquiries via phone and chat, including product purchases and service inquiries.

Requirements
? 2-3 years' experience in a business/professional environment, preferably in the service industry.

? Strong computer literacy and internet savvy, with e-commerce experience preferred.

? Experience with Windows-based applications and client relationship management tools.

? Excellent data entry skills with a typing speed of 45-55 wpm minimum.

? Flexibility to work in a dynamic shift environment, including weekends and evenings.
