Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing outstanding support to clients, handling inquiries, and ensuring a positive customer experience. Prior experience in customer service or real estate is welcome but not required?we value enthusiasm and a willingness to learn.

Key Responsibilities:

Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person promptly and professionally.

Assist clients with questions about our services, processes, and real estate listings.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in our database.

Coordinate with internal teams to resolve client concerns and ensure satisfaction.

Support marketing efforts by sharing information about upcoming events and property listings.

Follow up with clients to gather feedback and ensure their needs are met.
