Sales Lead Generators & Telemarketers (EASY selling shared co-op postcards to local small business)

? *Job Summary:**

I'm hiring a salesperson for business development for a home services & marketing company in Springfield, VA. The ideal candidate will have a positive, enthusiastic attitude and a willingness to learn. They will also be a hard worker who looks at problems as opportunities for improvement.

Responsibilities

• Expand B2B business development in Fairfax County by communicating with business owners and identifying current marketing problems & possible solutions to increase their sales.

• Perform outbound calls to business owners. Setting up appointments for fellow team members to meet and close sales.

• Manage print advertising products from initial phase to completion (in coordination with team members).

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities using CRM software.

• Daily TEAMs meetings.

• Weekly in-person meeting.

Requirements

• Valid drivers license

• 1 year sales experience

• Strong English communication skills

• Phone to contact customers.

• Self starter after initial training. Ability to work with limited supervision when working on a team.

Opportunity.

• Approximately 15-20 hours per week. Flexible schedule. Teleworking but you must be local for weekly meetings.
