Position Overview

We are seeking compassionate and motivated individuals who have a passion for helping others. As part of our team, you will play a critical role in guiding families to financial freedom. Whether you are just starting your career or looking to advance to a leadership role, we have opportunities for Financial Representatives, Trainers, and Vice Presidents to run offices.

Responsibilities

Field Representative
? Engage with families to understand their financial challenges and goals.
? Educate and guide clients through personalized strategies.
? Build lasting relationships and be a trusted representative for financial wellbeing.

Field Trainer
? Mentor and develop new representatives.
? Conduct workshops and training sessions on financial principles and client engagement.
? Lead by example, demonstrating best practices and fostering a supportive learning environment.

Branch Manager (VP of Operations)
? Oversee office operations and ensure alignment with our mission and values.
? Inspire and lead a team of representatives and trainers.
? Drive initiatives to expand our reach and impact within the community.

Qualifications
? A genuine desire to help others and make a positive impact.
? Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
? Ability to build trust and rapport with clients.
? Strong organizational and leadership abilities.
? No experience in financial services, education, or coaching required but is a plus.
