Requirements: ? Three or more years of experience in project coordination. ? Experience in coordinating teams and clients. ? Proven success in a corporate setting, working with all levels of management. ? Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills. ? Minimum of one year of experience Microsoft Office suite of applications. ? Strong administrative skills with experience working on large, complex projects and handling proprietary and confidential information. ? Excellent organizational, relationship building, and problem-solving skills. ? Effective interpersonal and communication abilities, with the capacity to collaborate across diverse teams and interact with clients. ? Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently while prioritizing tasks effectively. ? Strong commitment to quality, safety, and sustainability. ? Strong problem-solving skills, research skills, and attention to detail.
