Key Responsibilities
? Account Management: Foster and enhance relationships with key stakeholders to facilitate transformative sustainability journeys for our clients.
? Sales & Business Development: Drive sales initiatives and engage in business development discussions to expand our client base.
? Strategy Development: Partner with senior sustainability leaders to formulate, implement, and oversee sustainability strategy projects.
? Implementation of Solutions: Deliver comprehensive sustainability solutions that leverage our expertise in scientific metrics and effective communication.
? Mentorship: Guide and develop team members, supporting their professional growth in sustainability practices.
? Team Collaboration: Work synergistically with other team members to optimize our service delivery.
? Innovative Contributions: Play a key role in devising groundbreaking sustainability strategies and solutions.

Required Skills
? Proven experience in account management or consulting within the food and beverage industry.
? Over 8 years of expertise in business development, focusing on nurturing significant client accounts.
? Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
? In-depth understanding of corporate sustainability practices and business strategy.
? A proactive approach complemented by strong analytical and organizational capabilities.

Qualifications
? 5 to 10 years of experience in corporate sustainability with a successful track record in executing impactful strategies for clients.
? Bachelor?s degree in a relevant field is preferred.

Compensation And Benefits
