Early Intervention Specialist

Soar Autism Center is hiring for an Early Intervention Specialist to be part of our transformative team dedicated to fostering the development of children with autism. As a care provider at our center, you will apply behavioral and developmental strategies to assist in our children?s development. In turn, you will teach skills that provide a critical foundation for a child's growth and learning.

Key Responsibilities: ? Provide attentive one-on-one care and behavioral/developmental support to children aged 2-6, emphasizing a nurturing and encouraging environment ? Implement care plans under the guidance of our clinical team, ensuring they are suitable for the learning and growth of children ? Build relationships with children's families

Qualifications: ? Interest in and experience working with children -- we are open to a diverse set of backgrounds and experiences in working with with kids ? Preference given to those currently in a degree program or holding a degree ? Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team

? $20.50 - $26.00/hour with regular bonus and promotion opportunities. All staff members are considered every 3 months for a raise or promotion
