Entry Level Nonprofit Researcher (Part Time)

Position Summary

The Database Researcher will work for ITNAmerica's 'Rides in Sight' program which helps seniors, people with visual impairments, and others will mobility challenges find transportation options. Approximately 2/3 of your time will be spent working in the Rides in Sight database, and 1/3 spent helping seniors on a toll-free telephone hotline. ITNAmerica is seeking someone eager to learn about the nonprofit world and passionate about helping seniors.

Responsibilities
? Maintain the Rides in Sight database by performing internet research and data entry
? Answer telephone calls on ITNAmerica's Rides in Sight hotline
? Accept other related duties and tasks as required

Qualifications
? Highly organized and attentive to detail
? Ability to concentrate on one task for several hours at a time
? Above average computer skills
? Strong verbal communication skills
