Job Title: Sourcing Specialist

Overview: The Sourcing Specialist will be responsible for the front end of the sales process to build a strong talent pipeline for practice opportunities.

Responsibilities: ? Utilize direct and indirect sourcing techniques to identify potential candidates. ? Conduct complex internet searches and cold calling to engage talent. ? Build and maintain relationships with candidates and hiring managers. ? Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate fit. ? Track sourcing metrics and report on pipeline progress.

Qualifications: ? Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field. ? 2+ years of experience in sourcing or recruitment. ? Strong communication and interpersonal skills. ? Proficient in using sourcing tools and platforms. ? Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
