As an Online Chat Support Associate at Alphabet in London, UK, your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional customer service through online chat support. You will be responsible for addressing customer inquiries, troubleshooting technical issues, and assisting customers with placing orders or resolving complaints. You will need to have a deep understanding of our products and services in order to provide accurate and helpful information to our customers.
Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner through online chat support. 2. Address customer concerns and resolve issues to ensure customer satisfaction. 3. Provide technical support to customers experiencing difficulties with our products or services. 4. Collaborate with other departments to escalate and resolve complex customer issues. 5. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 6. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to better assist customers. 7. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the customer experience.
Requirements: 1. At least 2 years of experience in customer service or online chat support. 2. Independent and passionate individual who is dedicated to providing excellent customer service. 3. Strong soft skills including innovation and strategic planning. 4. Excellent communication skills and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. 5. Proficiency in using online chat platforms and customer service software. 6. Ability to work collaboratively with a team and adapt to changing priorities.
