We seek a Junior Google Ads Specialist to support managing and optimizing Google Ads campaigns to reach our business goals. This role involves working within our Google Ads account, strategizing and implementing advertising campaigns, and maximizing ROI from a substantial monthly advertising budget. Role Overview:

As a Google Ads Specialist, you will assist in setting up, managing, and optimizing Google Ads campaigns. You will work closely with the CEO to ensure our campaigns align with our business objectives and deliver positive results.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the development and implementation of Google Ads campaigns.

Monitor campaign performance and make basic adjustments to improve results.

Optimization and Reporting:

Analyze campaign data and provide regular reports on key metrics like click-through rates, conversion... rates, and cost-per-acquisition.

Learn and apply Google Ads' best practices to optimize campaigns.

Collaboration:

Work with the marketing team to create ad content that aligns with business goals. Support the team in launching new campaigns for new and current products.

Key Skills and Attributes:
? Competent in using Google Ads with intermediate digital marketing experience.
? Analytical skills to interpret data and make data-driven recommendations.
? Good communication skills and a collaborative attitude.
? Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications: ? Google Ads certifications are desirable. ? Experience with Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager is preferred. ? Strong interest in digital marketing and paid advertising. ? Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.

Compensation:

Base Salary: $40,000 - $50,000 per year
