? Assist with Loan Applications: Guide clients through the loan application process by clearly explaining the necessary documentation and subsequent steps involved.
? Problem Solving: Aid clients in resolving issues or concerns associated with their loan accounts, payments, and transactions.
? Follow Up on Customer Inquiries: Ensure timely and comprehensive follow-up on customer requests and questions.
? Document Client Interactions: Maintain accurate records of customer inquiries, issues, and resolutions within our CRM system.
? Collaborate with Loan Officers and Teams: Work alongside the loan services team to guarantee seamless customer service and escalate complex issues as required.
? Maintain Product Knowledge: Stay informed about the latest loan products, policies, and industry regulations.
? Adhere to Compliance Standards: Ensure all client interactions and services are compliant with company policies and regulatory requirements.
